Quotation PLT : How to configure Switchboard and its navigation in COMPAS Go?


This article provides detailed information on the configuration and navigation of switchboard in COMPAS Go.

1. Go to the working job / quote with valid login

2. Turn ON Edit option.

3. Select "Add Product" from actions menu on the right.

4. Select and launch "Switchboard" from product Favorite list or from "Configurable Products".

5. Make required selection for Switchboard and follow top level navigation (or Next) to go to Incoming, Main / Branch, Layout screens. Resolve the conflict by filling in the required information.

6. Select "Add Incoming" and review / update incoming selections.

7. Click on the Main / Branch button and the user is navigated to the following to add required devices.

8. Select Main breaker as the user get the following.

9. Once done with the main device, select "Add Branch" by clicking on the "Branch / Options" button. Select the required.

User get the following option to configure.

Add incoming to the configuration

Add Main or branch device to the configuration

Add branch device to the configuration

Add optional device to the branch

View configuration properties against the device

Price for the device

Configure properties

Duplicate the device

Delete the device

Split the device quantity

10. Add additional branch breakers. Go to "Layout" selection or use Next on navigation bar.

11. Options available for the user are

Save and New: Saves the existing configuration as line item and opens up a new configuration

Save and Next: After click save and next, Incoming/Main should be retain from the older configuration.
