The internal ground bar on standard feeder and plug in sections are not intentionally bonded, or isolated, from the housing within a single section of Busway.
The paint on the inside surfaces of housing and side channels can provide some electrical insulation , but is otherwise not intended to be an electrical insulator, and will permit a continuity path especially if any edges disrupt paint between them.
