This article provides information on the new enhancement to the manage orders in COMPAS Go. This information is available to the distributors, sales, PMO and customer support. which gets populated from when customers request the customer support to move the lines to hold.
Navigation to the Plant Hold lines page can be done in 2 ways.
- By clicking on the order number in the COMPAS Go home page.

1. When opening an order in the manage order in COMPAS Go, the following is available.

2. If you notice in the above image, there is an additional information as shown below.

3. This information will be available on orders which has customer hold line items.
4. On clicking on that, the details of the line items will be available as shown below.
