Multi-factor authentication in COMPAS Go

COMPAS Go now supports multi-factor authentication (i.e. MFA) to provide increased login security for users connecting to COMPAS Go.

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is another method of securing the application and the users' identities. MFA adds a layer of security during login that requires users to provide more than one credential to prove their digital identity.

1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials. 

2. After entering the credential and hitting the login button, the user gets additional information to enter. One-time password is sent to the registered email ID as shown below.

3. One-time password is sent to the registered email ID as shown below.

4. After entering the OTP or the verification code, the user will see the following.
