Multiple involved companies in create quote

This article provides steps and information on Multiple involved companies in create quote in COMPAS Go.

1. Create a quote in COMPAs Go.

2. User has option to select values for the following in Quote details for Additional Account Details

Competitor
Consultant
OEM/SYSINT
Contractor

3. Multiple values can be selected in 2 ways. One is from the search list and the next one is from the recent list .

4. After entering the search criteria, click on the select button for the values.

5. If the user wants to select from the recent list, select button is available as shown below.

Clicking on the select button will have them in the Multiple involved companies list. Clicking on the delete, will remove the selection from the recent list.

6. After making the selection as shown below, clicking on the "Done" button will have the selected entries in the quote details as shown below.

Refer the following for the selection.

User has the options

	Action	Description
		Select the primary from the list
		Place to enter the percentage for the winning quote
		Delete the entry
		Collapse the list selected
		Expand the list selected

7. Now the user can proceed with the quote.

Note:

For Field sales user, the CRM tab hold the same information. Information populated in quote details page will be synced to the CRM tab.
Submit for price approval, Submit TR, Submit for Order page also will have the populated information.
