This article is a phase-out announcement for the Siemens FirstSurge and TPS3 Surge Protection Devices (SPDs) portfolio, which includes the FS060, FS100, FS140, FSPHONE, FSPHONE4X, FSCATV, and all TPS3 products along with the associated accessories.
Target successor product is the BoltShield FSPD and the TPS4 portfolio, which are UL listed and already available.
As part of the phase-out process, all part numbers have been marked non-returnable, and the Product Cancellation stage has already started. Additionally, these SPDs and accessories will be removed from the Panelboard & Switchboard COMPAS configurators effective February 2024.
