This article helps user to login in back to COMPAS Go, when wrong credentials are entered.

1. Open the COMPAS Go Page

2. If you have entered an invalid username/password combination multiple times, the system displays following Captcha dialog

3. Select  the "I'm not a robot" checkbox which opens a pop where you will be asked to select squares from an image meeting particular criteria. Make the right selection and click on next.

4. The next screen should be the usual login screen where you would be required to key in the right login credentials.
