This article explains about pulling training information from Sandy in COMPAS. Sandy FAQ information includes both COMPAS Training and Product information. Information in Sandy FAQ will be in various formats including simple text, text with screen shots, links to publications and videos.

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials.
2. User is navigated to the home page.
3. Click on the "Ask Sandy" . On doing so, the following is visible user.
4. If the user needs information on Product catalog, the user can key in the information in Sandy.

Options are available to view the learning track in a single click which is available in the Sandy home page. Preferred articles and videos can be moved into favorites for easy reference.
