This article provides detailed steps to Russelectric agents to complete the technical review for products added. All ATS product will trigger "Tech review" in COMPAS Go.

The reason to complete tech review is as follows

1. It validates the accuracy the ATS configuration and confirms it meets the customer requirements
2. Configuration is priced correctly
3. Set the right price level against the right solution.

Agents assigned with specific role will complete the tech review in COMPAS Go.

1. After adding the ATS product as line item in COMPAS Go, following is the information available 

2. Click on the View status as shown below. Note: the tech review is "Required"

3. On clicking the "View Status", following is the information available to the user to know the reason for tech review.

4. After closing the above information, select the tech review as shown below. Select the "Completed" option

On doing so, the following tech review is applied to the ATS line item.
