This article provides information to the agent to append addition price in pricing page.
Additional Price:
1. If there is the reason there is a conflict in price, there is option for the agent to add addition price as shown below. Click on the AE price against the line item. On doing so, the following pop up is provided to the user to enter addition price.

Request discount:
1. For requesting for discount, enter the required discount as shown below after selecting the line items. Then click on the "Apply discount" button.

On doing so, the request discount is applied against the line item as shown below.
