This article describes the steps to open a web request in COMPAS Go.

1. Click on the sales order number from the recent orders in the home page of COMPAS Go.

2. On doing so, the user is navigated to the following page

Also, the manage orders landing page has option to generate as shown below

3. Select the action button and click on the web request. 

• Click on  the Web request menu to reach out to Siemens Customer Support.
• System will pre-populate the data from the order including Sold to Account, name ,order number etc.
• Complete the form and submit.
• Siemens Customer support person will reach out to you once they receive the ticket.
