Rebate App


This articles details the information on the CP stock rebate status in COMPAS Go.

1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials.

2. To navigate to the rebate app, the user can select the following from the task menu.

3. To navigate to the rebate app against the sale order with success or errored status. Rebate has the 2 options as shown below as listed below

1.  : Error in rebate

2.  : Success in rebate

4. Click on the error sales order. Click on the . User navigate to the following for the selected sales order.

Release Later is now available which can be reapplied for fulfillment.

5. After selecting the line 22000 and then click on the "Reapply Fulfillment" the following is available to the user. User need to select the address and then apply. Option is available to enter new address.

New address can be added after clicking on the ""

6. Click on the error sales order. Click on the "". User navigate to the following for the selected sales order.

7. To view all the sales order for rebate status, the user need to click on the  in the task menu

Following columns are available 

Sales order can be filtered / searched based on BOM # or Order #.

8. Navigation to the Order details page can be done in the following process.
