This article provides few enhancements in manage orders in COMPAS Go. 

• Additional access to PMO and SSC users to change the shipping address for released/confirmed lines only ( for details, click here )
• Access to PMO and SSC users to add information for "Marking" and "Call Ahead" released/confirmed lines ( for details, click here )
• Option to check the existing "Marking" and "Call Ahead" information for all line items ( for details, click here )

.Note: Channel partners can change the shipping address of released line items in manage orders except for the 3^rd party and buy-out items

Change Shipping Address / Marking / Call Ahead

1. Navigate to the manage orders for the selected sales order.

2. Users (PMO / SSC) can view the following.

3. Released and Confirmed line now has options for selection. On selecting and proceeding for action the following is now available.

Note: Gree arrow indicates the existing feature for "Hold" lines.

PMO / SSC user can now change the address for the release and confirmed line items. Also the user can enter the values for "Marking" and "Call Ahead"

Information on Marking / Call Ahead:

1. All the user accessing the manage order can view the "Marking" and "Call Ahead" information by clicking on the icon  as shown below for all the line items

2. On clicking the icon, the following information is displayed.
