This article provides information enhancement in proposal report generation with price consolidation using report groups in COMPAS Go.

1. After the assignment of report groups to line items, generate the proposal report.

2. On doing so, the following information is available.

3. Expand the price totals and the user gets the following selections. Based on the selections, reports get generated.

Following are the reports that are generated based on the selection.

• Each Pricing - unit price information for each line item

• Line Pricing - total price below each line is placed in the bill of material

• Customer Product Pricing adds lines from the Customer Products tab in the bill of material

• Grand Total - Total Price of the quote

• Group Pricing - total price for each report group is placed at each report group break in the bill of material

• Group Pricing Summary - Table with each report group total is provided at the beginning of the bill of material

4.  One selection of the 3 check boxes for the grouping, the following option is enabled to the user for re-arrangement of report group listing in the report when clicking on the "View Report Group Order"

5. Now viewing the report, the following tabular information is available to the user with Pricing Summary as heading.

6. If only the "Group Pricing" is selected, following will be the information in the report generated which will have the report group.

Reports format:

1.  When the selection is done for Line pricing, the pricing information is available for the every line item.

2. When the grand total is selected, the following information is available in the report.
