Getting access to current quotes can be done is several ways. The Green ribbon drop down, Recent Quotes and 

Option 1:

1. From any view, users can find the grey ribbon with a small drop down icon.  
2. When this icon is clicked a window opens with the last 20 recently touched quotes.

      3. Just click on the quote you want to open.

Option 2:

1. Recent Quotes listed on the Dashboard.  This list shows the last 20 quotes touched.
   

Option 3:

1. Use Search Quote or Job List to find your quote and orders.
