How to restore the archived quotes or orders in COMPAS Go?


Quotes and Orders that are not modified for more than three years are archived in COMPAS.  Please contact COMPAS help desk to restore the any archived quote or order on need basis.

Users can contact the help desk by six different ways

  1. Use your Email.  It is quick!   COMPAS  E-Mail:  compas.support.industry@siemens.com
  2. COMPAS Go Web Chat Icon.  (Bottom of App Center)
  3. COMPAS Message Center 866-636-4065.  Call us.  We will call back!
  4. Desktop: Click on the Black Wrench located on your desktop.  (For newer Installations)
  5. Desktop: Use the Support button to access Live Web Chat from your Desktop Launch Pad
  6. Desktop: Support selection found under Help on the Manage Job Screen
