A 4 pole WL breaker includes a switched neutral: when the breaker is OPEN, the 3 phases and neutral are disconnected. 

1. Select WL Main.  

2. Change "Poles"  from 3 to 4.

3. Note, when adding a fourth pole, the neutral will be hard bussed through the breaker for all 4 pole WL breaker applications.
