How to switch off and discharge the storage spring for a WL breaker?

1. Press “OPEN” (switch off) – contacts now open, and spring is charged.

2. Press “CLOSE” (switch on) – contacts now closed, and spring is discharged.

3. Press “OPEN” (switch off) – contacts now open, and spring is discharged.
