How to Add Customer Terms and Conditions in Proposal Report

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to Compas
  2. Open the required quote
  3. Open Actions Menu


     
  4. Click Reports Tab.


     
  5. Enable "proposal" check box and click "proposal options"

     
  6. In proposal options window, select "other customizations"

     
  7.  In the expanded details, select "Include Customer Terms and Conditions"
    And click "choose file"

     
  8. Select and open the required text file

     
  9. Click "Add Terms"
     
  10. Once the file is uploaded, you can see notification "File Uploaded Successfully".
    Under the Heading "Terms", the file name will be visible.


     
  11. Now close the pop up window. Generate the report by clicking "Generate" button



     
  12. Then the report will be generated. 
    To see report, click "View".



     
  13. In the Proposal Report, now you can see customer terms and conditions.
