This article describes the steps to use "Call Ahead" in shipping page of COMPAS Go which is part of notification.
1. Login into COMPAS Go with valid credentials and navigate to the shipping page of an existing quote after adding line items with price approval.
2. After selecting the required line or all the lines, click on the button.
3. On doing so, the following is available to the user.
Enter the information on the person who needs a call ahead, contact number and time to receive the call.
4. The calls ahead information is appended against the selected lines as shown below. This information can be edited by clicking on the call ahead.
Also, it can be deleted by clicking on the "X"
