Quotation PLT : How do I send the Siemens product specification as email or download the specification?

This article provides information to send the Siemens product specification as email or download the specification.

1. Login into the COMPAS Go with valid credentials.

2. Select the Product Catalog from the task menu

3. Click on the Product Catalog, navigates to the following page

4. Enter the specific product for the search and click on the search icon which shows all the relevant products for selection.

5. By clicking product, navigates to the specification page.

Clicking on the email icon [marked in Red], pops up the request for entering the mail ID.  Clicking on send button, mails the product specification.

6. You can also share the data via email or download as PDF using the following icons.

7. Email will open a window to enter the email address.  Click send.

8. Email message sends a link to the document as shown below.

9. Clicking on the link in the email will open up the following information.

10. Clicking on the download icon will download the PDF as shown below.
