Quotation PLT : How to extend hold lines on Manage orders?

This article describes the steps to extend the line in a particular order that is on hold.

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials

2. Click on the "Manage Orders" in the task menu

3. Enter the order number that you need and click on search icon. If the order is recently created, it gets listed as shown below in "Recent Orders".

4. On doing so, the order gets listed as shown below. 

5. Selected order is added and then click on the next button.

6. On doing so, the following screen is displayed to the user.

7. Select the line item that need to be released and then click on the "Release or Extend" from the menu.

8. Select the ship date and populate the a extended date as shown below

9. Now click on the apply button.

10. Changes will be updated in SAP and the status change can be seen .

11. On successful updation, the status will change to hold for that line item.
