Quote Generation - PDF Viewer Suggested settings

1. Set PDF Viewer of Choice as Default

Right-click any PDF file (.pdf).

Select Open with → Choose another app.

Select your preferred PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Check Always use this app to open .pdf files.

Click OK.

Alternative Method (Windows Settings)

Open Settings → Apps → Default Apps.

Search for .pdf file type.

Select the preferred application (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) as the default PDF viewer.

2. Setting Your Browser as Default and then Download PDF Option

1. Go to Window + I > Default apps>Choose Browser (Edge, Google Chrome)>Set as Default

2. If IE, Go to URL  edge://settings/content/pdfDocuments

3. If GC, Go to URL  chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments

4. Ensure the highlighted option Download PDFs is selected.
