RedLine: 4000A 3WA breakers need D09 mods

All 4000A 3WA breakers (except class – C, 150kA) needs D09 mod added to the breaker configuration. During introduction of the 3WA breaker in switchboard, we allowed few configurations without D09 mod and we are fixing these quotes by redlining. Please see steps below on how to resolve the redlining.

Step 1: Open the configuration in edit mode using wrench icon. Upon opening the configuration, updated rules will automatically assign D09 mod to the 3WA configuration.

Step 2: Save & Close the configuration
