Search order details in Sandy using quote name

This article describes the way to search / fetch a quote in Sandy using the quote name. Following are the steps that need to be followed.

1. Open Sandy by clicking on the "Ask Sandy"

2. Click on Order Status

3. Click on "Search by Quote Name" option

4. Sandy prompts for quote name. Please enter the quote name. You can enter partial quote name if you are not sure of the whole quote name If there are multiple orders for the quote name you entered, Sandy will bring the list of order to chose from

5. Once you click on the order you can see the order details.
