SIScan uploaded file status

This article provides erros during SiScan process in COMPAS Go.

 1. SIScan fails to process files and shows uploaded file in red color.

2. Click on  which will show error details. 

Note: Any sold to account can be used for uploading the the PDF document in SiScan.  This includes the generic sold to account also.
