Standard Lead Times

Lead Times are available in quotes from COMPAS Desktop / COMPAS Go.  The following are things you need to know.

Complex Configurations: Panelboards, Switchboards, Motor Control Centers, Busway, Power Mod  and LV SWGR. 

Simple Configurations:  Nema Controls, Transformers  

Standard Products: Catalog numbered products. 

1. Lead Times are established at time of configuration.
2. To update Lead Times for complex configurations users must open each configuration and save.  
3. Opening up an older quote will not update the Lead Times.
4. Simple Configurations and Standard products will always default to the published standard lead time. 
5. If you copy a configuration to a new quote or copy a quote the lead times will update. 
6. Submitting for pricing approval will not update Lead Times. 
7. Lead Times at order entry will be updated.  Sales can view Lead Times from the Manage Orders App. Channel partners can view Lead Times at order entry through the shipping screen and in the Manage Orders App. 

       8. Current Lead Times are posted in the Home Page of COMPAS Desktop. 

    9. Current Lead Times are posted on the Dashboard under Announcements in COMPAS Go.

10. Lead Times are updated upon release of new Lead Time information from manufacturing.
