Tariff and Commodity Related Pricing Impact Notification

Due to the impact of the tariffs on steel, aluminum and goods from China, announced tariffs on goods from Mexico, Canada and the potential addition of other countries, and the inflationary pressures stemming from these effects; we find it necessary to increase our pricing to ensure we can continue meeting your needs with the same level of excellence you expect. This announcement specifically applies to Siemens Digital Industries hardware products and Smart Infrastructure (low- and medium-voltage) Electrification portfolio.

Important Implementation Details and Key Dates:

Standard Products:

• April 02, 2025, additional US government tariffs anticipated to become effective; Siemens to assess the business impacts and determine list price increase by product family.
• By Friday April 11, 2025, Siemens will provide price adjustment information by product family.
• By April 17, 2025, Net Price Download files available to our channel partners in both Industry Mall and IDW.
• Updated list pricing goes into effect May 1, 2025.
• The Price Adjustment will apply to all customer categories including Distribution, OEM, Retail, Direct-served.
• Siemens reserves the rights to limit customer orders prior to May 1 based on a 12-month average customer run rate.

Projects & Engineered Products:

• Depending on the impact of announced tariffs, existing released orders may be subject to price changes/fees.
• Updated list pricing for new COMPAS quotes goes into effect May 1, 2025.
• New and revised project quotes may be updated to reflect tariff impact.
• All “Hold for Release” orders must be released for shipment within 90 days of order entry. Thereafter, pricing will be adjusted to the current price in effect at the time of release.
