Transformer.

Ventilated Dry Type Transformers: 

  • Product Management and Procurement are working to shift volume from Series J to Series H on select families of Product in order to improve delivery and reduce costs for our customers. 

       (Ser H is current default for CU core 3-Phase already.)

  • 3-Phase D16 – Ventilated Dry type - 30 & 45 kva – all AL variations will now default to Series H.

  • 1-Phase TP1 – Ventilated Dry type – all kva 15-167 – all CU and AL variations will default to Series H.

  • Customers can elect to change back to Series J during the quote process if they choose.

Sentron Power Centers:

  • Our Supplier has advised Siemens that they will no longer produce any Copper Wound variations or Stainless-Steel Enclosure versions of our Sentron Power Centers.

  • The COMPAS Configurator will no longer allow these variations, and our Procurement and MAP teams will no longer be able to provide special quotes or Manual lines to cover these products.
