Quotations PLT : Create quote

This article explains the steps for the "Quotation personnel learning track" users to create quote in COMPAS Go.

In COMPAS GO create quote is termed as "Create Project". It allows user to create quote for “Field Sales Engineers” and “Distributors”. It helps to organize the quotes created.

1. Login into COMPAS with valid credentials (Click here)

2. On providing valid credentials and clicking on the "sign in", the user will be navigated to the following Home page.

Note: Home page now has option to inform users on the new announcements / feature releases in COMPAS.

3. Click on the task menu and then select the "Create Project" option.

4. Enter the required information in the following page

New sold to account: account can be searched and populated

Recent sold to account: Can be selected the recently used accounts

When entering the Job name, if the name already exists, it get auto populated.

5. After completing the information, then the user clicks on the "Create" button.

6. On successful creation, quote is created. It can be seen as shown below

Also, the same can be view in the recent quotes in the home page

Now you are done with quote creation or project creation.
