There is email notification when a “quote’ is Technically Approved and then Price Approved. We are working on the solution to support ECR approval notification

While lines are on Hold in COMPAS, any user can change the shipping address but once the lines are released in COMPAS, address changes can only be made directly in our ERP System. You would need to open a Web Request or contact Customer Support.

Yes, changes can be made: For standard products, changes can be made up to the time they are packed and ready for shipment.
