When a 100% Rated breaker is selected the configurator now indicates if the conductors

for the Line and/or Load lugs must be 90 C insulated cable but sized to the 75C wire rating

ampacity tables in the National Electrical code.   This information is also marked on the breaker.

• 3VA55 800 Amp Frame Motor Circuit Protector 

Updated the System Voltage for CMAP versions to be 600Y/347 V AC instead of 600 V AC. 

• BL Product Family – 400 Hz Application now obsolete 

Updated the configurator to no longer allow 400 Hz for any BL breakers.

New PowerMod Modules with 3VA Mains or Tenant Breakers are being launched - See list below: (ref. BTKB-107)

1. WEBV:   200-600A – EUSERC Mains (85kA & 100kA)

2. WBTV:   200-600A – Feed-Thru Mains (85kA & 100kA)

3. WMKV:  200-600A – Commercial Stacks (upgraded to 65kA max IR)

4. WMLV:  200-400A – Commercial Stacks (upgraded to 85kA max IR)

5. WBV:     700-800A – Standard Mains (85kA & 100kA)

• The new Devices will replace the previous series Sentron based WEB, WBT, WMK, WML and WB series.

Legacy Sentron product will be available for printing layouts only – all new orders will be WxV or WxxV series.

• The new 3VA based WxV and WxxV series is generally in 85 kA & 100 kA only (3VA53 400A max. and 3VA54 600A max.)

Users must select 85, 65 or 100 kA in order to get a list of available WxV or WxxV units. (65kA or less is typ. for Sentron Wx/Wxx)

• When a Sentron series catalog is selected an error message will be shown advising to change to the “…V” series.

• There may be a small difference in the Enclosure sizes – these are reflected in the layouts.

• Additional Defaults are being established for various Power Mod Types to reduce the typical number of “clicks” needed to configure a product.

These are being introduced as we introduce the new 3VA breakers into Power Mod.

• This process of adding defaults may take additional releases to complete all updates to all Power Mod types of products.
